Will I be able to take the drawings and hand them to my subcontractors to begin work?
For this concept only service, our drawings and 3D renderings are intended as a design visual only. Any cabinet or floor plans will need to be measured and created by your own contractor before demo. begins.
Q: Will I be able to make any revisions?
We have a detailed questionnaire process and consultation that asks the important questions and details we need to get a really good start. Then in the consultation we will talk through your exact wants and needs. We provide 2 options of the floor plan and layout. After the design presentation, you will have the opportunity to make 1 revision. We have found clients don’t need any more than that because of our thorough process upfront.
Can you recommend trades or sub-contractors if needed?
We have a rolodex of trusted, local tradesmen that we work with such as: handymen, painters, general contractors, electricians, custom cabinetry, etc. We are able to begin that connection for you to hire them directly.
